Worthington Hotel   No Longer a Cow Town   The rebirth of a tired hotel property into a five-star hotel complex started with a new name derived from one of the city’s founding families. The history and stability implied in the Worthington name demanded the highest standards of performance and quality with every choice and every decision, including the creation of the Worthington Blue Bonnet, a proprietary strain of the state flower of Texas.
