1800 Clybourn   Everything Old is New Again   Three empty manufacturing buildings were renovated and re-born into a bold experiment in retail. Sixty shops, four restaurants, a miniature artist-designed golf course, a pool hall and a 300-seat proscenium theater represented the center’s “Shop, Eat, Play” retail philosophy.
